Refunds and Returns

Only Products purchased on the  S O M M website can be returned to us for a refund or an exchange. Products purchased by any other means such as a shop need to be returned to their original place of purchase.


Should you make an error when ordering online, we will gladly exchange your product for the product you intended to purchase and refund or charge the difference. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You will be responsible for the associated shipping arrangements and charges. Please email us orders@sommskin.com if you have made such an error.


Should a product be damaged while it is being shipped to you S O M M will provide you with a full refund or exchange ….and an apology.
Return postage will be refunded in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent products and a refund will be issued through the original method used for payment. Please email us a photo of the damage as soon as you can so we can process the claim.


In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and products must be returned within 20 days of receipt for S O M M to process any refund or exchange. Please email orders@sommskin.com in advance of your intention to return a product, so that we can assist you with a smooth transaction.


Please retain your shipping receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by  S O M M. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package. We will do our best to process returns within 20 working days of receipt and a refund will be issued through the method used for payment.
