Shipping

Free shipping for purchases over 100€ to all countries we ship to.
With the exception of Spain we offer at least 2 of the following options to every shipping destination.

Express (or Express courier) -
Shipped via international Air courier and is the fastest option.
Delivery  time estimate appears in dropdown during checkout

Standard-
Using a variety of couriers and systems depending on destination for the efficient cost v time service. This is available to most European customers.

If this option does not appear in your drop-down shipping options during checkout it is because Express is better value…and of course quicker!


By Post.
The old way… and with very limited tracking as these packages pass to local delivery services who often do not provide much tracking information.

We can ship to most countries in world using postal delivery though it may take some time.
All packages currently shipped from Barcelona.

We have provided delivery time estimates (in the shipping option drop-down during checkout) based on experience and information from the various postal services used.
Packages may be left in letterboxes rather than be delivered to your front door.

Shipping not available during checkout to your country?

If your country does not appear as an option for shipping destination in the checkout “country” dropdown please contact orders@sommskin.com for a quote to ship to your country.

Taxes

Please note that shipments outside the EU might be subject to taxes in your own country. We are unable to estimate any such taxes you may need to pay on delivery.

Orders

S O M M reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.
In such case, we will notify you as soon as practicable, providing you with the reasons for such refusal, and refund you any payment in full.


Refunds and Returns

Only Products purchased on the  S O M M website can be returned to us for a refund or an exchange. Products purchased by any other means such as a shop need to be returned to their original place of purchase.


Should you make an error when ordering online, we will gladly exchange your product for the product you intended to purchase and refund or charge the difference. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You will be responsible for the associated shipping arrangements and charges. Please email us orders@sommskin.com if you have made such an error.


Should a product be damaged while it is being shipped to you S O M M will provide you with a full refund or exchange ….and an apology.
Return postage will be refunded in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent products and a refund will be issued through the original method used for payment. Please email us a photo of the damage as soon as you can so we can process the claim.


In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and products must be returned within 20 days of receipt for S O M M to process any refund or exchange. Please email orders@sommskin.com in advance of your intention to return a product, so that we can assist you with a smooth transaction.


Please retain your shipping receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by  S O M M. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package. We will do our best to process returns within 20 working days of receipt and a refund will be issued through the method used for payment.
